Plans include a monthly allowance of company-hours: the time a company has at least one agent working. Some plans pause the company when the allowance is used. Others keep running and bill the extra hours.
Choose or change a plan, add or update your card, and get invoices on the Billing page.
When the trial ends, your companies pause until you add a card. Nothing is charged during the trial.
If a payment fails, we retry. If it still fails, your companies pause. Nothing is deleted. You can still see the board, docs and code, and export them.
Cancelling: your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your companies pause. Cancelling never deletes a company.
