Two limits keep the company in check:
- Per task: a task's dollar budget is only a guide. It doesn't stop the task.
- Per company: the company pauses when this month's company-hours reach the cap.
You get a notice at 80% of a company's company-hours cap. Change the caps in Settings and in Billing.
Pause and hold. Pause in a company's header: Every cloud session in this company stops. Tasks keep their place, and Resume picks up from there. Hold on a task keeps agents off that task until you clear it.
Paused for billing (the trial ended or a payment failed): agents don't run, but you can still see the board, docs and code, and export them. Adding a card starts them again.
Nothing is deleted when you pause, hit a cap or your trial ends. Only you can delete a company.
Caps limit how long agents work. They don't guarantee what the work achieves, so check them before you start something big.
